Gin and Basil Cocktail

Steps to follow:-
To make a Gin and Basil Cocktail:
  1. Add the basil leaves to a cocktail shaker and gentle muddle 4 to 5 times until the oil is released, but the basil is not broken.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Fill it with ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain the drink into a glass. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.

  • Top whole leaves onto pizza.
  • Finish pasta with whole or thinly sliced leaves.
  • Blend it into sauces.
  • Puree it into soups.
  • Chop it up to add to a salad.
  • Use it to garnish avocado toast.
